Georgette studied commercial and fine art at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. Inspired by the action painters of the 50s and 60s and her true love for abstraction; her work arrives from an extensive background in graphic design. Existing as an idea, thought or feeling rather than recognizable. It is something that is not tangible or easily visualized. Think of love, truth, emotion in abstract form. What comes to mind?
